Certain conditions permit the removal and discarding depending on Class & Category of your Loss. When items can not be restored to a pre loss state or are damaged beyond restoring when we first arrive, we will then remove and discard to Insurance Protocol. All photos and proper documentation accompanied by itemized room and affected area reports are sent to the insurance company.
